Chancellors Estate Agents are delighted to announce the winner of their latest prize draw. Picked at random from almost 2,000 eligible entries, Tim Loveday and Lori Granville from Botley in Oxford are the winners of a Kuoni Travel gift card worth £5,000 to spend on a dream holiday.

Tim and Lori entered the prize draw by instructing Chancellors Botley in April to sell their property on a sole agency basis.

Tim and Lori’s Story
Wishing to move to a larger family home they chose Chancellors to sell their current property. In their words, “Chancellors is the most popular market leader and gives regular updates and quick feedback. Plus their location is highly convenient for us. A sale has already been agreed on our property, and we’re in the process of looking for a new family home through Chancellors.”

Tim works at Oxford Brookes University and Lori is a teacher at a local school. Due to the property move they didn’t plan a holiday. Commenting on their win, Tim says, “It was a big surprise to win such a fantastic prize! Izaak and Jacob are telling all their friends at school, and we’re excited about planning our dream holiday.”

Asked where they plan to go for their family holiday, the decision has yet to be made. Mexico, Brazil, Mauritius and Disneyland are all options!

Robert Scott-Lee, Managing Director of The Chancellors Group, says, “It’s a pleasure to see Tim and Lori winning such a wonderful prize. The great response to our prize draw confirms the high number of people instructing us to sell or let their property at this time of year. And to win a Kuoni Travel gift card whilst selling their property is an added bonus for Tim and Lori.”
