Newbury is a growing market town which is situated on the banks of the Kennet and Avon canal, and is well known because of the racecourse which holds both National Hunt and Flat races throughout the year. Newbury has good transport links with direct trains to London Paddington taking less than an hour, M4 access at Junction 13 (chieveley services) and A34 both North and South.
