My name is Nicholas Richmond and I am one of the Associate Directors here at Chancellors, having joined the company in June 2004 as a Negotiator, I have worked myself up the ranks through hard work and success, gaining my MNAEA qualification in 2017. I am the branch manager of our Chesham office and reside in the town with my wife Kathryn and our children. I have won numerous awards year on year and have been on many exciting trips and places including skiing in Chamonix, Madrid, Ibiza, Portugal and most recently Las Vegas! I am passionate about delivering a first class service and my team and I take pride in everything we do. I believe this is why we are the number 1 market leader in our town.

I began my Chancellors career in High Wycombe as a Negotiator on the lettings side of the business. Over these last 3 years, I have had the pleasure working with some fantastic colleagues in a variety of local offices. Since receiving my promotion to Senior Lettings Negotiator in High Wycombe, I branched out to my local office in Aylesbury and stayed there for a year. I have recently taken on the role of Client Manager, now overseeing Chesham/Amersham/Hemel Hempstead branch. Having worked in the Buckinghamshire area for over three years I've been lucky to create some great relationships with local clients and built up a strong bond with my work colleagues.
