Specialist Lettings Team

Pivotal to the smooth running of our lettings operation

Another key part of our centralised Property Management department is our Specialist Lettings Team. This is a pivotal role in the smooth running of our lettings operations as the team provides a vital link between our branches, tenants and landlords.

The main focus of the role is to manage the file progression process from reception through offer agreed to key release. Our Specialist Lettings Team Negotiators maintain an overview of the complete process, monitoring the progress of each tenancy application, completing references for the tenant and documenting the agreement between landlord and tenant in the tenancy agreement. They are responsible for ensuring that all actions are completed in a time scale to ensure move in dates are met.

We currently have approximately 15 members within the team based at Bracknell. Similarly to our Property Managers, Specialist Lettings Team Negotiators must also deliver excellent customer service at all times as they are continually striving to build strong relationships with tenants and landlords alike.

This is a busy high volume role that is well suited for an excellent communicator with a strong background in administration and customer service that is really looking for an exciting challenging role to further their career.
