This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office in Bracknell as a Corporate Sales Administrator.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Corporate Sales Team and manager. Ensuring data quality and quantity is adequate to support the teams requirements and provide consistent and accurate reports to senior management team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Research and data gathering from numerous sources, inputting into CRM
  • Linking addresses to the Post Office address database
  • Responsibility for liaising corporate clients and coordinating Client Visit booking
  • Follow up on Client Visit booked and ensure reporting is returned within company guidelines
  • Responsibility for corporate Instructions and marketing to ensure prompt visibility and launch with the branch
  • Correlating and reporting on team performance and opportunity statistics for the manager
  • Actively managing the marketing of corporate instructions in order to ensure the database is kept up to date and ensure enquiry levels are maximised online
  • Auditing corporate process with the branches to ensure business is optimised
  • Utilising specific online campaigns to boost enquiry levels for corporate instructions, such as arranging Google Adwords Campaigns and Rightmove Premium Listing requests
  • Monitoring and assisting to secure documentation from customers and clients for the team.
  • Offering products and services to existing and prospective clients in order to assist their transaction moving swiftly and effectively
  • Review and action leads from our network of agents, updating the system and liaising with clients to book Client Visit appointments, register applicant requirements and track the leads.
  • Requirement to support Central Administration Team if required and assist with Branch administration tasks.
  • Linking addresses to the Post Office address database
  • Other adhoc tasks as required by the Central Sales Manager or Corporate sale team to support services provided to clients, performance reporting and business analysis

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Enthusiastic and pro-active team player with can-do attitude
  • Able to liaise with clients confidently and professionally
  • Highly organised
  • Minimum of 1 years administrative experience in a busy environment
  • Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong and confident communicator with high level of written and spoken English
