This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office in Bracknell as a Sales Progression Executive.

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team.

As a Sales Progression Executive, you will need to:

  • Manage the file progression process of sales from Sales Agreed to Completion
  • Ensure that outgoing documentation is sent to all relevant parties in a timely manner and is fully noted
  • Ensure that queries from any parties on a transaction are dealt with promptly and effectively
  • Maintain and update system records in a timely way
  • Build strong relationships with branch staff and service providers such as, Solicitors, FS Advisors and Surveyors
  • Ensure vendors and buyers are aware of the range of services available and upsell where possible
  • Develop and apply an understanding of legal requirements of the conveyancing process

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication skills over the telephone
  • Have accurate administrator skills
  • Have organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Have a pro-active and can do approach
  • Have a good working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Have a high standard of English grammar and diction
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
