Terms & Conditions of Entry
  1. Promoter: The Chancellors Group of Estate Agents Limited (CGEAL), whose registered address is One Station Square, Bracknell RG12 1QB.
  2. To enter, users must create an account on our new website at chancellors.co.uk, anscombes.co.uk or rbbproperty.co.uk and save a property search.
  3. Users must register a valid e-mail address, telephone number and their full name.
  4. Entry is restricted to one per person.
  5. Late, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
  6. The closing date for entries is midnight on Wednesday 31 October 2012.

    7. Winners will be drawn at random from all complete entries received on or before the closing date.

  7. The prizes are as follows: one 27” Apple iMac 2.7GHz, one Apple iPad 3 16GB WiFi and four Sony NSZ-GS7 Google TV internet players, and will be allocated in that order to winners drawn.
  8. The winners will be notified by phone within 10 days of the closing date of the prize draw.
  9. The winners are required to participate in publicity, including being photographed accepting their prize at their local CGEAL branch.
  10. If the prize-winner is not contactable or has not participated in a publicity photo by Saturday 1 December 2012, their prize will be forfeited and reallocated with a new draw being carried out on Monday 3 December 2012.
  11. A winner who does not claim their prize and participate in a publicity photo during that time will not be entitled to compensation.
  12. Prizes are subject to availability and are non-transferrable.
  13. No cash alternative will be given.
  14. Any statements by the winners relating to CGEAL or their prize may be quoted in marketing communications.
  15. This draw is not open to employees of CGEAL, their families or any other parties associated with this draw.
  16. No correspondence will be entered in to.
  17. The Promoter reserve the right to amend/update these terms and conditions at any time
