The Grange, Hook Norton

If you’d like to be considered for our reserve list, please do complete this form…

On the former site of the Hook Norton Railway Station, The Grange is an exclusive development of 37 brand new homes. In keeping with the area’s rich railway heritage, some of the house types have been named after GWR steam engines which ran on the original train line.

In the past, Hook Norton had many thriving ironstone quarries and many of the houses at The Grange are built with natural ironstone walls and traditional black slate roofing.

Phase 1 of the development, consisting of 19 houses, has been released and reservations have already been made. The first house is scheduled to be completed in October 2014. To find out more details about the development or to reserve your new home, contact Chancellors in Chipping Norton on 01608 644422 or complete the form on the right to register your interest.
