Staines-upon-Thames branch
On the first working day of the year, we opened the doors of our newest Chancellors branch in Staines-upon-Thames. Our launch was very successful, although there are still a few spaces left to reserve our limited opening offers.
New homes
Thanks to our dedicated Land & New Homes Team, we have been instructed on a number of new homes developments in Q1 and have many in the pipeline for Q2 and the rest of the 2019. We are currently creating an all-new New Homes section to our website, to make searching for developments and new homes easier.
New & exclusive
Chancellors are now promoting New & exclusive properties with OnTheMarket to ensure that our new-to-market properties get seen at the top of the results page. We are also releasing properties on our own website up to 48 hours before they get sent to the other 40+ property portals.

Viewings feedback
At the beginning of the year, we improved our Viewings Feedback service. Now, as standard, our Estate Agents will capture feedback from the prospective buyer/tenant during a viewing of your property by using a specially designed in-house app. They will then look to share the viewing feedback with you on the same day as the viewing.
