Chancellors Estate Agents are delighted to announce the winner of their latest prize draw. Picked at random from almost 10,000 eligible entries, Libby Shuttle from Ascot is the proud owner of a brand new BMW 3 Series.
Libby entered the prize draw by inviting Chancellors Ascot to conduct a market appraisal in October last year for the sale of her property.
She purchased her flat in 2008 at the height of the property market and arranged the market appraisal to see if the property had recovered value since the economic downturn. In her words, “It very much has,” and she feels the “market has been on the up and up.”
Libby’s Story
Libby is 32 and works for a large property development company in London. She currently drives a W-registration Peugeot 206 and was expecting to pay a substantial amount on maintenance shortly.
Commenting on her win, Libby says, “I was initially sceptical that it was a genuine win when Chancellors contacted me, but after emails from the Managing Director and assurances via Chancellors’ website, my concern turned to total shock and disbelief. It’s so exciting to win such a wonderful prize and it was great to pick up the car on Saturday and get my Peugeot off to the scrap heap!”
