We are delighted to announce our latest prize draw where we are giving property owners in Berkshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire the chance to win £500 per month for a year to spend at M&S.
How to apply
To be in with a chance of winning the prize, simply instruct Chancellors Estate Agents to sell or let your property on a sole agency basis. There will be two winners across the Group, one property seller and one property landlord. The draw is open to new clients and existing clients choosing to extend their period of exclusivity with us.
The draw runs from 15 September until 12 December 2014. To be eligible to win, the sole agency agreement must be for a minimum of six weeks and end on or after 12 December 2014.
