Occupant of Royal Winchester House, Jon Henry, moved in on 3rd April 2019. We asked Jon what initially attracted him to the building and why he chose Royal Winchester House as his new place of residence.
“I had looked at other places before but what I liked about Royal Winchester House was the modern specification and the clean feel, the apartments are light and spacious too. It was also perfect for me location-wise being close to work and also in the town centre so I had everything within walking distance for example restaurants, supermarkets, train station and plenty of parking.
For me, being able to cut out commuting costs made it much more affordable than I first thought. I will also be using the gym once it’s ready. I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the entrance hall and concierge area along with most of the communal areas.”
The development is just 0.1 miles from The Lexicon shopping centre and 0.4 miles to Bracknell train & bus stations, making it an ideal place to live whether you work within walking distance or need to commute to areas such as Reading, Wokingham or London.
