Property Spotlight: October Week Four

There is more than one new property instructed for sale or to let every 15 minutes across the Chancellors Group of Estate Agents*. We share some of the highlights from over the past week that you might have missed. Each property is nominated for either its exceptional value, prime location or its outstanding features. All of them are either on the market or recently available, and they speak to the stunning range of homes we see on a daily basis. Here is the week’s roundup of must-see properties.

West Drive, Wentworth

Found on the renowned Wentworth Estate, each room in this huge 5-bedroom property has been masterfully designed and themed. From the hanging fireplace in one of its reception rooms to the Greek style pillar in the master bedroom’s en-suite bathroom, there’s a variety of standout features that add to its charm. On entering the property, the futuristic-looking staircase makes a fantastic first impression. These contemporary vibes are continued into the kitchen with its breakfast bar and accents of deep blue lighting. It is clear to see the current owners have put a great deal of time and care into this property, and we’re not quite sure which room we like the best! More info available here. 1 Staircase

Hampton Park, Hereford

Our next property is a contemporary family home that is filled with a range of bespoke features that makes it feel like one of a kind. There is plenty of scope to make use of the available rooms in a variety of ways. Depending on your preference, you could choose 5 bedrooms with several reception rooms or a more conventional 6-bedroom format. And yes, there’s definitely enough space for a games room! The property’s use of ground source heating and PV panels are part of its forward-thinking design. On the outside, you are treated to spectacular views of the far-reaching countryside – views which can also be enjoyed from the top floor master bedroom or the first floor’s full-width balcony. More info available here. 1 3

Eardisland, Herefordshire

In the beautiful village setting of Eardisland, there lies this traditional thatched roof college. Inside, you will find that it has been wonderfully restored and recently renovated. The high-quality, bespoke oak kitchen fits in perfectly with its overall style, and the exposed beams are an especially complementary feature. The garden has been extremely well kept, and it adds a tremendous amount of appeal to the already idyllic surroundings of this stylish cottage. One of the benefits of being in such a stunning location is the fabulous walks. This property goes beyond in that regard by being nearby to the historic and famous ‘black and white trail’ in Herefordshire. More info available here.
