We absolutely adore this property and the privacy it gives us. This is so uncommon on a new build estate that we feel so lucky to be able to enjoy privacy in our home. Our garden is also larger than the average size, and we are grateful for the additional space.

Being tucked away in a cul-de-sac on the border of berryfields allows us easy access to the local amenities, being less than a 10 minute walk from the GP, shops and nursery; and less than 20 minute walk from the local train station.

From our front bedroom window we are also able to see the farmers field opposite the road, which is particularly heart warming in the spring and lambing season.

Another feature we love about our home is that we have our own garage. This was one of the many things that drew us to this house, as it was the only 2 bedroom house on the development plan that had a garage.
