Why the owner loves the property:We have loved living in this house because it's modern, quiet and comfortable. Everything just works, you don't hear any neighbours, and you have direct access to the countryside for long walks. The house is very bright thanks to the large windows and three skylights. We've also made close friends with numerous neighbours, many of whom work at the university, hospital, or elsewhere locally. The location is really convenient for popping into the centre of town, but also for taking a train from Oxford Parkway or for going shopping in Kidlington or Bicester.
