Why the owner loves the property:I have lived in Goulders Cottages for over 15-years, and it has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I'm leaving due to personal circumstances, I will really miss living here. When I moved in the house was much smaller and I extensively extended it to add more living space. It is a very lovely space to live. As a family we spend most of our time in the open-plan kitchen/dining area and in the snug lounge, they just work brilliantly for normal family life and entertaining. The summer house and garden are also fantastic areas to relax and entertain, it's great for BBQs. Cockpole Green and the surrounding area is beautiful. Within 50-metres of the front door, in either direction, you can jump over a style and you're in the countryside, and great 3+ mile loops back to the house. The house is situated just a mile-or-two from Henley & Wargrave, which are great for shops, pubs and restaurants making it a convenient place to live, you can get to them in minutes. This is the same for commuting for work, it's very quick and easy to drive and pick up major roads. Cockpole Green is in the catchment area for the best schools in the area. The local primary school in Crazies Hill is excellent, and just a short walk around the corner. There are other primary schools too in the vicinity, such as Robert Piggott Infant School in Wargrave, and for secondary schools there is a good choice too, with Gillotts very close by. Goulders Cottages is a lovely house in a lovely area and will make a great home for some lucky someone
