Why the owner loves the property:Hello potential buyer…I have thoroughly loved living at number 13 since 2012. When I purchased the home, I was new to Hereford and didn’t know the area well. I quickly realised I had chosen well - I’m lucky to be able to walk into town and enjoy local walks (especially along the river Wye). I’m also fortunate to have amazing neighbours, especially at number 11. Despite being so close to the city, I’ve always found my house quiet and peaceful. The large hedge around the front garden gives me a sense of privacy and security. I love breakfast in the summer sun in the back garden which I’ve always found to feel private despite being close to other houses. I love how big my master bedroom is and I’ve made working from home really comfortable with my newly insulated office space. This room would be perfect as a nursery or child’s bedroom. There is an electric shower over a full sized bath. My kitchen is fully integrated and all white good are included (new fridge freezer). The garage provides a large space which can house a car and also there is scope to extend over this space and to the rear of the house. If it wasn’t for buying a new home with my partner, I wouldn’t want to leave! I hope you can see why I love my home.
