We fell in love with the property due to the large outbuilding that we use as an office and gym which has electric heating and lighting and connections for TV or office equipment and speakers in all corners of the outbuilding. You get the sun pretty much all day in the summer and is lovely to lounge in the garden. We love the bay window in the living room creating lots of light.
