Our hope is to get a replacement property of a smaller size with the attributes of Yorkfold but with less rooms than the 4 bedrooms a garden of reduced area. Certainly Heat pump and solar panels will be high on our list as these have transformed our running costs. If we can get somewhere that provides as much character and security we will be happy.
