I've lived in the flat for nearly twelve years, and it's been great for me. I love the location - it's quiet, and with great views of the park, but also with good road connections, close to Oxford Parkway Station, and within an easy cycle or bus ride to the city centre. The rooms are bright, with large, modern sash windows that provide great airflow in summer. The quietness of the area means leaving them open when it's warm is no problem at all.The master bedroom is an excellent size, with a large fitted wardrobe, meaning plenty of space for a comfortable chair and desk as well as a double bed. I've extensively modified the second bedroom, removing the fitted wardrobes to increase the floor space and make for a comfortable home office and guest bedroom. The lounge is a good size, with dual aspect, and a sliding door to a balcony that catches the evening sun. The recently-refurbished bathroom makes better use of the space than originally, with a large bath for a relaxing soak.
