This two double bedroom, semi-detached bungalow is offered to the market with no onward chain. It has been renovated and re-plastered by the current owners to a high standard, including a newly fitted bathroom. The extension to the rear creates a separate dining room looking out to the garden.
An extensively renovated semi-detached Bungalow situated close to Sunbury Cross shopping centre, main line station and transport links. This property has been refurbished to a high standard by the current owners. The property offers two good sized double bedrooms, spacious living room, separate dining room, newly fitted bathroom and attractive gardens to the front and rear. As well as easy parking, there is also a garage accessed through a shared driveway. We recommend early viewings as a bungalow of this high standard is expected to go under offer quickly.

WHY THE OWNER LOVES
THE PROPERTY
We love the large bright living and dining room with the period Oak fire surround with the open fire, such a joy in the winter. The good sized and square shaped Kitchen (our previous property had a narrow galley kitchen).
We love the fact we have gardens front and back. The house is in a quiet street and has easy access to local shops, buses, train station and the M3. There is a park at the top of the road, which is ideal for a short local walk.
Very unusually, the gardens are not overlooked front or back and we enjoy having the sun loungers out on the decking as being west facing at rear we get the sun from late morning all the way until it sets. A lovely view from the front windows as we look out over a small green with two mature trees and shrubs.
As the surrounding houses are low bungalows, the skyscape is superb and we often lie on the loungers watching the stars. Being so close to the countryside, it is something of a wildlife haven. We often see red Kites slowly gliding around and many types of birds visit the garden. It is a quiet neighbourhood and the neighbours are all lovely.
We enjoy pottering in the front garden and quite often a neighbour will stop for a chat as they pass by. Sunbury Common has quite a villagey atmosphere. It's very quiet and peaceful.
Our house has an extended pavement area and we've always been able to park right outside the house, so parking is never a problem for both our cars.
It's a lovely bright and airy home!

Regulations require that we undertake identity and AML checks, and secure information on the circumstances of your purchase in line with our obligations to verify your identity and complete Customer Due diligence as part of you agreeing any offer with our client. These are dictated by regulation and enforced by trading standards. Whilst we retain responsibility for ensuring checks are carried out correctly and for ongoing monitoring, the initial checks are carried out on our behalf by Lifetime Legal who will contact you once you have agreed to instruct us in your sale or made an offer on a property you wish to buy that is provisionally agreeable to our client.
We have looked to provide benefits alongside undertaking these checks to ensure this is not an additional cost to you. These include complementary Lifetime Legal membership for 3 months, and where you use Chancellors Conveyancing services we have also arranged for this cost to include the AML/ Customer due diligence cost your solicitor would normally charge you for their regulated required checks. The cost of these checks is £80 inc VAT, which covers the cost of obtaining relevant data and any manual checks and monitoring which might be required. This fee is paid in advance, directly to Lifetime Legal and is non-refundable.
