Private: How we say well done

Staff Testimonials

Our staff testimonials…

“I have worked for Chancellors for nearly 8 years in both Sales and in Lettings, over the years I have won both annual and quarterly prizes for the hard work I have put in and it’s a fantastic company that I feel really rewards there staff for their own personal achievements. The prizes have comprised of a skiing trip in France which I had never done before and quarterly prizes such as fine dining, wine tasting and seeing the views of the capital from the London Eye.”
Richard Alexander, Chesham Lettings Manager

“I have been very fortunate to have been on several trips not to mention three skiing trips which are the pinnacle of all the trips throughout the year. There is something special about spending three days skiing whilst being paid and your colleagues are hard at work and it not affecting your holiday allowance. Needless to say these trips are a massive incentive and not something you want to miss if you can possibly avoid at all cost!!”
Andrew Jourdain, Associate Director

“Chamonix 2012 – Wow, what a trip. We were treated like royalty from start to finish. I can’t think of any part of the holiday that could have been improved upon. The accommodation, food and the nightlife/entertainment were fabulous and I for one will be doing as much as I can to get on the next trip.”
Paul Bosanko, Ascot Sales Manager

“For myself and my team the quarterly and annual trips are hugely motivational. We are constantly checking to see how we are performing compared to other individuals and offices. The trips are really amazing and give you the opportunity to spend time with ‘The best of the Best’ in Chancellors. So far I have been wine tasting at Vinopolis, a private marquee at Ascot races and Windsor races, long weekends in Portugal and Madrid, private dining in Mayfair and Chelsea, cocktail making and yearly skiing trips. They are a real reward for all the hard work it takes to get on them!”
Jonathan Pincott, Associate Director

“It’s a great reward to make it onto the company annual trip. I have enjoyed going to both Madrid for a city break and Chamonix in France to Ski. Both times were fun and it’s great to have the opportunity to mix with other like-minded people who are keen to succeed in their business area and be the best they can. I have worked for the company since 2004 and whilst the quarterly rewards are great to receive, the annual trip is a fantastic to reward a year of hard work and commitment. It’s worth putting the effort in to secure your place!”
Maria Davies, Leominster Branch Manager

“I have been lucky enough to go on a number of trips with Chancellors and I must say they have all been great and they are a very good way to get to know people from other offices. The trip is a massive talking point in my office and really motivates me to work harder. If you are lucky enough to get on a trip you will know that not only have you worked very hard to get there but you will have a great time.”
Carl Jeffries, Assistant Manager

“To win the Regional Quarterly award was a real honour and spurs myself and my region on to want to win the next quarter! This has been a great morale boost to my staff and acknowledges all their hard work.”
Chris Christodoulou, Regional Manager

“A night out in London! – Champagne on the London Eye, VIP area in a fantastic restaurant, great conversation and an opportunity to get to know my colleagues. Recognition for my achievements made it all the more enjoyable.”
Annie Walsh, Bicester Lettings Manager

“After winning a Top Performer award at our quarterly awards ceremony earlier this year, I was invited along with other prize winners to a night of fine dining in central London. It was an absolutely brilliant night; amazing food, great company, many many cocktails and much dancing as the night progressed. It was really nice to get to meet up with staff members that I do not see on a daily basis and I was very impressed by the level of organisation that went into making the evening such a great one. No expense was spared and I am very proud to have been invited along. I am just hoping that my hard work this quarter means that I will get a chance to attend the next awards trip!!”
Jenny Dowden, Area Property Manager

“Chancellors are great when it comes to rewarding their staff for the hard work and effort they put in. Earlier this year I received an award for “Top Performer 2nd Quarter 2012″ and promotion to Senior Negotiator. Among others I was treated to a night out in London with drinks at The Clifton, then onto a fantastic 5 course meal at One Blenheim Terrace. It was such a good evening, not only meeting other people within the company that you may not deal with on a daily basis, but also as a motivator to carry on hitting my targets. I hope to be on another someday soon!”
Holly Valentine, Senior Negotiator
