Our Customer Service Executives typically make over 100 outbound calls per day as they eagerly strive hit their individual and team targets. Their main focus is to sell Chancellors Group services and products to applicants and clients our database in order to generate business activity and appointment activity across our branch network. This helps to assist in the company goal of creating the largest market share of any agent in our operational areas.
Our successful Customer Service Executives are customer focused, ambitious and motivated. It is important that all of the team members are all friendly, enthusiastic team players with an ability to build relationships with clients, customers and branch staff.
