Tom was very knowledgeable about the property, and the surrounding area, and made himself very available for questions and comments. His style for viewings was very accomodating, and he allowed us the space to walk around the property at our own pace without making us feel like he was on top of us or watching out every move which was refreshing - given how many agents tend to suffocate potential buyers!
