Rent Smart Wales is a Welsh Government scheme designed to raise standards within the private rental sector. The scheme aims to support landlords and letting agents by helping to ensure that they are compliant with the Housing (Wales) Act 2014, resulting in safer and healthier homes for private tenants. Rent Smart Wales also process landlord registrations, grant licences and deliver key training across Wales for those involved in the rental sector.
Who needs to register?

Who needs a licence?
