Significant changes have been implemented as a direct consequence of the Housing Act 2004. These changes relate to Houses in Multiple Occupation or ‘HMO’ and were introduced in Spring 2006. We have prepared ‘information sheets’ for landlords which are our analysis of the appropriate sections of the Act and the subsequent regulations published to date.
