We have teamed up with The Lettings Hub to offer Landlord’s Damage Protection.

We understand that tenants damaging your property or stealing your contents, landing you with an unexpected bill, is amongst the top fears you may have as a landlord. Whilst most tenants would not deliberately vandalise or maliciously damage your property, accidents can happen to even the most conscientious of tenants which could result in significant financial losses to you or risk of legal action if the damage is not quickly taken care of.

We believe that it’s our job to make renting your property stress-free for you, so as a practical solution to these financial risks, we have taken an insurance policy with our referencing partner, The Lettings Hub. This policy can allow you to benefit from up to £10,000 of protection against theft or damage caused by your tenants, giving you complete peace of mind.

Key benefits include:

  • Protection against damage to your buildings or contents as a result of vandalism, accidental or malicious damage (excluding pet damage) caused by your tenant, including damage caused by illegal activity.
  • Protection against theft by your tenant.
  • £10,000 to cover losses occurring at any time during the tenancy or at check-out.*
  • Replacement on a new-for-old basis if the loss is notified mid-tenancy. For losses identified at the end of the tenancy, a deduction will be made for fair wear and tear on any successful claim we make.
