On Friday 16th December 2016 we had our Christmas Party and end of year awards ceremony at Savill Court Hotel & Spa in Egham. This fantastic night brought together a large group of colleagues to recognise their concluding achievements of the year.
With such highly motivated and rewarded colleagues, we saw an even better set of personal results in a year where some of our competitors have struggled, and it is clear that we have some of the best talent in the industry. Because of this satisfying outcome we decided to provide an additional annual trip, with more opportunities to visit some of the best places in the world for free.
There was also the announcement of:
- New Positions
- New Career development structures
- New Career benefits structure
- Revised job specs/criteria for HQ promotion levels
- Dubai trip for 30 winners
These are reflective of a closer bond between the organisation and staff that have been met with celebratory uproar.
