So, what do you get from the My Chancellors App?
Activity Feed
You are now able to see a visual timeline that shows what activity is happening in relation to your property. This can be anything from a change of price to an offer being accepted. You are also able to see your most recent marketing statement on this timeline, which details figures such as how many views your property has received, the number of email leads that have been generated and how many customers we have introduced to your property through the work of our proactive teams.
Account Statements
If you are a landlord you will now be able to access statements for all of your properties through My Chancellors. You have the option of opening a statement in full, or if you just need to see a snippet you can view a mini statement that shows the most recent transactions.
Live Dashboard
My Chancellors is a communication platform that is helpful and convenient when interacting with us at a time that suits you. The Live Dashboard gathers marketing information from our own marketing activities as well as other property portals to keep you updated at any time.
Saved Properties
To help speed up your property search you can now save a list of our properties on your My Chancellors account. Once you’ve found a property that you like the look of, you can hit the star icon on the listing and the property will be added to your saved list, meaning you can access it easily in the future.
Saved Searches
Not only can you save individual properties on your account, but now you can save an entire search criteria! This means that you can set parameters such as the location, number of bedrooms and maximum price and then come back to your search later, without having to re-set the criteria.
Viewing Feedback in Seconds
We can capture viewers’ feedback whilst we’re still at your property and then send it straight to your inbox, keeping you up to date with your property journey.
Virtual Viewing Upload
With lots of potential buyers and tenants not wishing to physically view properties in this current climate, we have made it easier for you to provide them with a video tour of your property. You are now able to upload your own virtual viewing video to My Chancellors, which will be available to view on your property listing once it has been approved by our admin team. Of course, professional video tours are always available to arrange through our specialist suppliers as well.
Property Documents
In this section you will now be able to view core safety and legal documents that relate to your property. For example, documents such as the tenancy agreement, EPC and signed terms of business can be found here.
Marketing Statements
You can already see your most recent marketing statement in your activity feed, however for a full history you will need to head to this section on My Chancellors. Here you will find all of your marketing statements for the duration that your property has been marketed with us. These show stats such as website views, portal views and email leads, as well as the customers we have introduced.
Call Me Back
We wanted to make it easier for our customers to contact us, so now you are able to request a call back in regards to any section of My Chancellors. This makes it simpler for you to let us know what your call is about and helps us know what information we may need to hand when we contact you. For example, if you have a query about uploading your virtual viewing video, you can request a call back from us on that specific page by filling out a short form.
