We've been in our lovely home for almost 5 years and are only moving because we wish to be closer to our family.
We love living in this beautiful house and enjoy the amazing views daily. The views change with the seasons and there are often buzzards, kites and other birds soaring above.
Our house is situated in a very peaceful lane and has a private front and rear garden. We have very little passing traffic, which adds to the tranquil setting.
The front and rear garden are gated and fenced providing a very secure space for children and dogs.
Although, we are lucky to live in such a quiet area, we have everything that Hereford has to offer within a mile or 2.
All major supermarkets, takeaways etc will deliver directly to the door.
The property has 4 spacious bedrooms, all with lovely outlook.
Even the loos have lovely views!
We have a large family who all descend upon us for family gatherings and the space within our home accommodates them beautifully.
There is a large summerhouse in the garden with electricity, T.V and heating. This has previously been used as a gym and a bar - now being used as additional storage for garden equipment, but could easily be transformed.
From the rear garden you can see Hereford Cathedral and The Malverns. The sunrise is a sight to behold.
