Chancellors Estate Agents in Headington are delighted to be supporting Headington and Marston Artweeks. The event takes place between 17 and 26 May and promotes the work of local artists by Open Studios, local shops and traders displaying and selling a range of artworks. These range from paintings and sculptures, to ceramics and textiles.

Chancellors have been heavily involved in advertising the event by producing and distributing 10,000 promotional leaflets, and the Headington branch is displaying a family of canine characters in papier-mache by local sculptor James Cochrane.

As well as local shops and traders, 10 local schools are involved with the project, with children’s art based on the theme ‘Heads of Headington’ being displayed at the John Radcliffe Hospital. Also included for children is the Kitty Cat Trail – find the cats hidden in selected studio locations to win a prize.
