to the Oxford Round Table’s 52nd Annual Charity Fireworks at South Park, Oxford on Saturday, 2nd November 2019.
Chancellors are proud sponsors of this event and are looking to raise awareness for this great cause.
In order to do so, we have 50 family tickets (for 2 adults and 2 children) to give away, worth £18 each* and are looking for local residents who can help us promote this fantastic charity event.
TO BE ELIGIBLE, YOU NEED TO:
– Live in a property in the following postcodes: OX1, OX2, OX3, OX4
– Be willing to have a board in front of your property, advertising the event.
– Please apply by MONDAY 7th OCTOBER

Please read the Terms & Conditions and the FAQs below, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them. Chancellors will contact you soon (via phone call or email) to confirm your involvement and discuss in more detail.
FAQ’s
- What if my group contains less than 2 adults and 2 children? If your group is smaller than 2 adults and 2 children, you can still use your free family ticket.
- What if my group contains more than 2 adults and 2 children? If your group exceeds 2 adults and 2 children, you will need to purchase a ticket for each extra person attending. You can purchase tickets in advance on Oxford Round Table’s website at a lower price than on the door.
- What if I can no longer attend? If you receive a family ticket but can no longer attend, you are welcome to give your ticket to a family member or friend so it doesn’t go unused. There will be no exchange or alternative gifts. You will still be required to keep the Chancellors board up outside your property for the agreed amount of time.

Please note that as the number of free tickets is limited, tickets will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis. We can not, therefore, guarantee your application for a free ticket will be successful.
Terms & Conditions
- To qualify to enter this competition, you must be a resident in the UK and must be 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
- Entrants into this competition shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- The Chancellors Group of Estate Agents Limited (“CGEAL”) reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any given time.
- Employees of the CGEAL, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
- By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. CGEAL reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
- The winners of a free family ticket will be the first 50 people who have confirmed and agreed their involvement via a phone call with Chancellors.
- If you win a competition, we will notify you. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within two days, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant.
- CGEAL accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
- No prize or part of a prize are transferrable or exchangeable for cash, tickets or services.
- CGEAL reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the rules or Terms and Conditions.
- In the event that an entrant is disqualified from the competition, CGEAL in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these rules and Terms and Conditions.
- Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
- The determination and decision of the competition and/or any disputes will be made by a CGEAL company director and on all matters that decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Only one entry is allowed per person and any entrant who enters more than the permitted maximum will be disqualified.
- CGEAL cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize. CGEAL is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the competition. Nothing shall exclude CGEAL’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
- Winners may be asked to take part in promotional activity and CGEAL reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners in any publicity both in paper and online.

- The competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
