This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office in Bracknell as a Credit Control Administrator. We are looking for highly organised and enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn specialist information to become an expert in their department.
As a Credit Control Administrator, you will need to:
- Support the Credit Control department with the debt recovery service to Chancellors and other group companies chasing debtors and late payments for company fees and rent.
- Provide exceptional customer service and deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times.
- Invoice debt chasing to ensure that our fees are paid promptly.
- Resolve invoicing queries raised by clients by discussion with Chancellors staff in branches and head office.
- Maintain accurate notes of all conversations relating to the debt chasing process.
- Run reports as requested by Chancellors staff to assist with their checking of client ID for individuals and companies
- Understand the Company’s business priorities and use the daily structure to ensure you are focused on key activities that achieve the core objectives
- Handle each call promptly and in the correct manner, updating records accordingly.
- Input customer related data accurately and efficiently.
- Take responsibility for resolving disputes, ensuring that caller concerns are actioned correctly and all parties are notified.
- Follow strict Company policies and procedures at all times, ensuring that legislative requirements are met.
- Attend all training courses relevant to your role to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance.
- Monitor own performance against targets and take action to improve volume/conversions
- Administer paperwork related to active transactions and ensuring all parties have confirmation of agreements reached in writing within agreed service standards
- Monitor and assisting to secure documentation from customers and clients

- Minimum of 2 year’s administrative experience in a busy environment.
- Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
- Strong and confident communicator with high level of written and spoken English.
