Chancellors are proud to be sponsoring Walk for Wards, a Royal Berks Charity which is taking place on Sunday 25th September in a brand new location for 2022, Mapledurham House in Reading.
This is our second year of sponsoring this fantastic event which raises funds for your local NHS Foundation Trust.
Starting at 9.00am, attendees will take on a 5km or 10km walk through the stunning grounds of the estate. Both routes start at the front of the stunning Mapledurham House where you may recognise the famous flour mill which featured in the hit TV series, Taboo and the 1976 blockbuster movie, The Eagle Has Landed.
You don’t have to be an avid walker to take part, however both routes have a fairly steep hill into the woods. If you need a bit of encouragement, your fluffy friends are also able to join the route as dogs on leads are welcome.
Don’t forget to wear appropriate footwear.
