Last Friday our Reading Branch sponsored the Royal Berks Charity NHS Christmas Concert. This event was a heart warming way to raise money for an important cause and enjoy the Christmas season by celebrating many talented performers.
The evening consisted of Christmas music performed by the acapella group Avenue, Newtown Primary School Choir, Rock Choir, and the Royal Berkshire Hospital Staff Choir.
The aim of this evening was to raise money for the West Berkshire Breast Screening Programme to enable them to buy a new mammography machine. This event was a fun filled, heart warming evening and knowing that it contributed to such a good cause made it even better.
We are honoured to have been a part of something so meaningful and our team loved every minute of the concert.
