A select number of estate agents from the Chancellors Group enjoyed a day of sailing on Thursday 31 July as a reward for their excellent customer service performance in a mystery shopping programme conducted by Douglas Stafford, one of the UK’s leading customer service performance specialists.
Picked from across the Chancellors Group’s network covering London, the Home Counties, Oxfordshire, Herefordshire and Mid Wales, the estate agents were treated by Douglas Stafford to a return sailing trip across The Solent to the Isle of Wight on a beautiful yacht.
The top performers thoroughly enjoyed their day and the sun shone too!
