Chancellors Estate Agents is proud to announce its continued progress toward sustainability, celebrating its fourth consecutive year as a Carbon-Neutral organisation. In the 2024–2025 reporting period, we successfully offset 510.59 tonnes of CO₂e!
This achievement was made possible through the Carbon Neutral Britain Climate Fund™, which supports internationally certified carbon offsetting projects. Each initiative is verified by leading global standards, including:
- Verra – Verified Carbon Standard (VCS)
- Gold Standard – Voluntary Emission Reductions (VER)
- United Nations – Certified Emission Reductions (CER)
These projects go beyond carbon reduction. They deliver positive social and ecological impact worldwide, supporting education, employment, clean water access, and biodiversity conservation.
