Terms & Conditions of Entry
1. Promoter: The Chancellors Group of Estate Agents Limited (‘CGEAL’), whose registered address is One Station Square, Bracknell RG12 1QB.
2. To win, users must visit CGEAL Google+ pages (‘pages’) at http://goo.gl/SbykW , http://goo.gl/2eIjC or http://goo.gl/edHH9 and add one or more of those pages to their Circles by clicking the ‘Follow’ button toward the top of each page.
3. Users must be followers of one or more of those pages at Midnight on 12 August 2013.
4. Following one page counts as one entry. Following two of the pages counts as two entries and so forth, thus following multiple pages will increase your chances of winning accordingly.
5. Entry is restricted to one Follow of each page per person.
6. Late, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
7. The closing date for entries is midnight on 12 August 2013.
8. Winners will be drawn at random from all Follows across the pages received on or before the closing date.
9. The prizes are as follows: one white Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone (SIM-free and unlocked for UK networks) and two Sony NSZ-GS7 Google TV internet players, allocated to winners in that order.
10. The winners will be notified via Google+ on or before 20 August 2013.
11. The winners are required to participate in publicity, including being photographed accepting their prize at their local CGEAL branch.
12. If the prize-winner is not contactable or has not participated in a publicity photo by 14 September 2013, their prize will be forfeited and reallocated with a new draw being carried out on 16 September 2013.
13. A winner who does not claim their prize and participate in a publicity photo during that time will not be entitled to compensation.
14. Prizes are subject to availability and are non-transferrable.
