A recent UK property market survey, conducted by estate agency organisation Relocation Agent Network, reports an increase in the number of properties coming onto the market.

A staggering 87% of survey respondents have seen the number of sellers entering the market increase by up to a fifth so far this year, when compared to the same period in 2012. This has also been reflected at Chancellors who have reported an increase of 9% on properties coming to the market compared to the same time last year.

This is great news for prospective home buyers who will be using the upcoming Bank Holidays to house hunt. For those thinking of selling a property, as a member of Relocation Agent Network, Chancellors can offer you an additional channel of buyer – one that no other local competitor is able to offer.
