According to Zoopla’s property rich list, the Z-Index, Virginia Water is the most valuable town in the country against average house price figures.
The Z-Index, which is used to estimate the value of a given house, found that a house in Virginia Water costs an average of £1,367,141 – £70,000 more than the estimated value of a house in the Surrey town last year.
Other Surrey towns also dominated the list with Cobham, Richmond, Esher and Weybridge all placed in the top 10.
