Having owned this home from new, I've truly enjoyed living in a space that is full of sunshine, comfort, convenience, and efficiency of modern living.
One of the things I've always loved is location. It's only 12 minutes easy and safe walk into Reading town centre and the train station - within 1 hour to Liverpool Street Station and Canary Wharf, and a great place to drive to M4 - 40 minutes to Heathrow. By the way, we have a parking place with EV charger, nice and clean, safe and guarded, with wheelchair accessibility to the flat.
Inside, I have John Lewis tailor made Roman blinds with the best material for all windows. We have 7 windows in total, and 5 of them are in the living room facing south southwest, with the beautiful view of River Kennet. Great Fengshui as north to the river! I can't remember how many times the flat witness my progression in work and life!
We have a very large balcony and the best view of the whole river. I would definitely remember all those days siting by the table, watching sunset on the river, with the beautiful swan family and having my dinner with people I love.
