Nice fields to walk the dogs ,no traffic ,only 6 miles to Oxford, Didcot , Abingdon, Wallingford so you can pick and choose shopping. We are located in the middle of all those directions. Very nice green area, play park next to the house. Very safe village with GP and Pharmacy as well . Everything the family needs, just a few minutes to walk to everything. House is very warm ,well kept, bright, there is living area and bedroom downstairs (we separated long living room to make it that way ). Separate utility room, cloakroom downstairs, storage under the stairs, solar panels installed with batteries. Bills for gas and electric is small and not paying anything from march to October as we are selling electricity to the grid(octopus). There is terrace outside and huge shed. All bedrooms good size and spacious.
