0333 6000 060 My Chancellors Valuations

At Chancellors we pride ourselves on the relationships we develop with our clients. Selling your home is an important but stressful process, and to help you get the best experience possible we offer a range of appointments tailored to suit your needs, whatever stage of the selling process you are at.

This guide explains the different types of estate agent appointments available with us, and what you can expect from each.

On Market Review

If your property is already on the market with another estate agent but is not selling or letting, we’ll undertake an On Market Review where we will completely review the marketing of that property to date. From this we will make recommendations as to what opportunities may have been missed, and detail how we may be able to offer an upgraded service. This could include access to viewers another agent cannot secure due to our different marketing strategies

Marketing Valuation

If your property is not currently on the market but you intend to move within 2 years, a Marketing Valuation would be a beneficial appointment for you. We will be able to tell you what price you may be able to market your property for when you do come to sell.

Marketing Valuation Update

Similar to the Marketing Valuation appointment, this will give you a more up to date figure as to what you may be able to market your property for when you decide to sell. The need for a Marketing Valuation Update may come about because some time has passed since your last marketing valuation, or you have made changes to the property since the last valuation.

Instruction Appointment

If you are ready to market your property having previously had marketing valuations, you will need an Instruction Appointment. You may already know what price you want to market their property for, or you can agree a final price at the appointment.

Cost Of Moving

If your property is not currently on the market but you intend to move within 2 years, the Cost of Moving appointment will allow us to decipher the likely costs you will incur through moving before you go ahead and market your property. You may or may not have already had a marketing valuation at this stage.

Lettings Legals

If you intend to let your property within 2 years, a Lettings Legals appointment will enable you to find out what the legal aspects of letting a property successfully are. As above, you may or may not have had a marketing valuation ahead of this appointment.
