Referral T&Cs: As part of our local sponsorships, we offer a referral scheme to organisers that use Chancellors Group of Estate Agents as their official sponsors. If the event organisers refer Chancellors to anybody they know to instruct us to sell or rent a property in any of the areas that we operate in and the instruction is received within 6 months of the event, we will donate a further £100 to the event/charity.
For all organisers that take up this opportunity, we will send the event organiser a unique code as part of our referral scheme. This code can be entered on our Local Sponsorships web form, and a member of the team will be in contact with the owner of the property to progress their enquiry. This code will be valid for 6 months, starting from the date the event takes place.
To class as an instruction, the referee must proceed to instruct Chancellors for the sale or rental of their property in line with Chancellors’ standard sole selling rights terms and conditions for the event/charity to receive the £100.
