A growth in business and expansion in staff numbers has heralded a move for the Newbury team of Chancellors Estate Agents to a new office in a prime location in the town centre.
Over the last six months the property business has doubled and staff numbers have increased to meet the rise in demand for both sales and lettings. Winning the 5-star International Property Award for sales and lettings businesses in Berkshire is recognition of the development and investment that Chancellors are continually putting into their business in the county.
With staff in the Newbury office currently selling over target, they have been extremely positive about the move. Caroline Florence, Sales Manager, commented, “Business has been booming and the move to a new office has been a positive step for developing our business even further.”
