Have lots of pictures
Chancellors employ a professional photographer for our landlords to take multiple pictures and produce a floor plan to ensure best results.
Rightmove statistics prove that having more than three pictures and a floor plan greatly improves the number of tenants and “click throughs” to a property. We find that we are able to attract lots of interest from tenants as soon as the property is launched to the market
Block viewings
By booking lots of viewings in quick succession, we ensure intrusion into the landlord or existing tenant’s time is minimised. Potential new tenants receive all the information they need to make a swift decision and we are often pleased to be talking about offers with our landlords without delay.
Bespoke promotions for your property
We can also launch a Google AdWords campaign, something that comes as standard with all our managed properties, send out text and email alerts as soon as the property is available and advertise in local press. By having more interest, we can book more viewings and achieve better results by ensuring every available applicant has the best chance of seeing the property.
