'Vendor Says'
We bought Greenfields after a long search wanting to get away from the big city. It certainly has not failed us in any way. It is a healing place. We have over the years kept chickens, grown most of our own vegetables in a raised bed and grown vegetables and salad foods in a polytunnel (no longer there) and greenhouse (which is) plus put in 4 fruit trees with room for more. Our own supply of water which will be a hard one to follow.
We were looking for privacy but not isolation and closeness to shops which were also far enough away (garage shop within walking distance) and a secure safe property. Although we have neighbours we are separated by large gardens.
The patio is sunny and totally private with the creek with running water at the bottom of the garden.
The sunshine in the summer circles the house and so all four sides of the property get sunshine at some point in the day.
Clean clear sunrises and amazingly colourful sunsets.
