Chancellors Estate Agents has announced its newest branch will open in Swindon in February 2020. Situated on the town’s busy Commercial Road, the new branch will offer a range of services including, sales, lettings, property management, commercial property, new homes and financial services.
Chancellors Swindon represents a significant move into a new county and brings the number of counties covered by the group to eight. The opening sees the group continue to implement its strategy of combining proactive-sales focused estate agency services with strong local knowledge through a large network of connected offices. The local model is supported by centralised marketing, technical and support functions to deliver the best possible results on behalf of their clients.
