It’s been three months since we became a Carbon Neutral Organisation back in May. Since then, we have continued to do our bit in helping to make an impact on climate change in our business as a whole.

We have embarked on the project of changing the office lights to LED lights across all of our 58 branches. LED lights are highly energy efficient so making the switch to these provides less heat, more light and are designed to last longer than traditional light bulbs meaning that fewer bulbs are made – all great for the environment!

We have managed to reach our goal and all six of our London branches (St John’s Wood, Notting Hill, Hampstead, Highgate, Finchley and Totteridge) had their LED lights installed back in June.

Over the course of the coming weeks, our head office in Bracknell will be making the switch too, meaning that three floors of lights will be getting switched, this means that approximately 1/3rd of our branches already have LED lights installed.

We will be embarking on this project until all of our branches are installed with LED lights. We’ll be sure to update when we can about our next steps into becoming a greener company.
