For prospective buyers looking to purchase a property through Chancellors and clients who have instructed Chancellors to sell their property any refund due upon cancellation will be determined by The Chancellors Sales Progression Team.

For tenants the amount of any refund due upon cancellation will be determined by reference to the terms in The Declaration of Offer, Tenancy Agreement and associated Guide to Tenants.

For Landlords the amount of any refund due upon cancellation is determined by the signed Lettings Terms of business and associated Guide to Landlords.
